Our multinational client was the first pet-food and equipment chain in Europe 32 years ago. This organization is a franchise firm, their center is in Germany.

The client wants to create a new part of the company, and they want to organize a "data team" with 10-15 members for this greenfield project.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Administration of the real estate portfolio (monitoring of deadlines, payment transactions)
• Creation and maintenance of lease agreement data in SAP
• Reporting of lease agreement data to internal and external interfaces
• Responsible for invoice verification and periodic accounting activities regarding lease agreements for Austria, Switzerland and Germany

Elvárások / Requirements

• University degree in business administration or related studies, ideally with focus on real estate management
• Minimum of three years of practical working experience in real estate related accounting and management; former experience with SSC projects beneficial but not required
• Strong commitment, motivation and high enthusiasm
• Hands on mentality and fast customer-oriented problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of tenancy and contract law in Germany required 
• Excellent German skills in speaking and writing, French skills required, solid knowledge of English required
• Solid MS-Office knowledge is required, accounting and SAP knowledge is of advantage
