Our Partner, an Automotive Supplier in the Area of Miskolc is looking for a Training Coordinator who will be responsible for all training activities in the plant related to both direct and indirect labor employees.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Takes an active role in professional skills upgrading.
  • Provides advice to HR Manager on employee development plans and promotion possibilities. 
  • Cooperate with recruiting agencies and local labor authorities
  • Create annual training plans including cost budget and regularly update their realization status
  • Ensure translation of all material and communicate it to relevant employees
  • Responsible for building an internal trainer group
  • Regularly audits training / certification to ensure all operators have followed the appropriate training/certification process
  • Recommend new training based on employee/supervisor feedbacks
  • Maintain training records, measure & improve training effectiveness and maintain updated training matrix
  • Monitor efficiency of training investments
  • Coordinate and documents individual loyalty agreements resulting from training programs
  • Propose individual development plans and career projections for DL and IDL positions.
  • Take part in developing employee recognition activities
  • Coordinate and takes part in employee development and retention projects and programs 
  • Develop strategies to improve employee morale and attitude

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably graduate in Engineering with additional qualification in Human Resources Management 
  • Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in the relevant field
  • Certificate of Trainer
  • English language competency
  • MS Office literacy
  • Practical problem solving
  • Lean Principles, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma training
