Pozíció leírása / Job description

We’re seeking a driven and engaging Recruitment coordinator who will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent for our growing company in Budapest! You will perform recruiting and work closely with agency recruiters and hiring managers to source candidates who are a great fit for the company and culture. Next to that you care about our local branding.

What will you do?

- First and foremost you take responsible for coordinating the full life cycle of recruiting, for both technical and professional roles, including sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates.
- On top of that you own the employee experience life-cycle we implement to keep people happy and engaged during their time with us, driving positive energy, supporting a high performing culture.
- You not only represent the company and communicate the employer brand to prospective employees you also actively build on our brand on social media (LinkedIn).
- You work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, timing etc.
- You conduct intake calls with hiring managers and provide regular updates on search status.
- You help source and recruit candidates through a variety of resources including databases, social media, networking, cold calling, etc.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and administering assessments.
- Participate in college recruiting including on-campus career fairs and attend networking events.
- Other projects and responsibilities related to Recruiting.

- You are able to inspire others with your enthusiasm and fresh idea’s.
- Strong communication, presentation, decision making, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The ideal candidate is a motivated, energetic self-starter who is goal-oriented and results-driven, has a high level of integrity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
