If you join our HR Services Senior OM Analyst team, you may have the following responsibilities:

-executing changes to the organizational structure accurately
-coaching and mentoring of the team members
-providing advice and guidance to HR Advisors in planning and maintaing their organizational structures
-providing guidance and coaching to the business in case of medium to large scale re-organization plans
-taking part in calls and communications with the business
-running and analyzing reports
-logging and following up incidents

Elvárások / Requirements

In the HR Senior OM Analyst role we have the following requirements:

-fluency in English
-expert knowledge of Workday system is a must
-strong eye for detail and effective problem-solving skills
-good working knowledge of MS package (Word, Excel etc)
-experience of working with data and creating reports are required
-previous experience in the field of HR Services / Customer Service or in SSC environment is an advantage
