Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Improve SuccessFactors related processes, standardize and implement HR related initiatives involving system and process evaluations, process improvement, and technology improvement
  • Enable the continuous upgrade of the SuccessFactors by prepare test scripts, analyze results, test any changes, decide on appropriate solution, and communicate results to necessary parties
  • Support HR services digitalization for entire network.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, provide information/data requests; create and coordinate final deliverables, and assist with presentation of results.
  • Manage monthly Service level agreements, Key Performance Indicators, dashboard reporting and analysis, identifying trends and areas of concern, and any ad hoc reporting
  • Work with functional owners on recommended processes or technology changes
  • Work with HR leadership on Change Management and Communications
  • Responsible for HR Operations Manager tasks


Elvárások / Requirements

  • College or University degree
  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience with any complex HR systems (SuccessFactors is an advantage), workflow management, process management
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR or technology or IT or engineering or any related fields which require analytical mindset
  • Capability to understand complex issues and procedures
  • Proactive approach and positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills
  • Fluent English
