We are looking for a talented HR Specialist - focusing on leave administration internationally - for our multinational partner dealing with investment management.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

handling and providing support for leave administration

ensuring leaves are processed timely and correctly with vendors (i.e. Payroll) and providing insights to help manage vendor performance on cases

providing customer service to internal clients, providing them accurate information

counselling employees and managers concerning leave benefits and provide employees with accurate information on policy, deductions from pay relating to absences, medical certification requirements, return-to-work dates, etc.

dealing with all long-term absences in the system, determining eligibility for various leave programs including family and medical Leave (FMLA) and temporary disability leave according to established guidelines, and providing employees with required timely notice

understanding different leaves and leave policies for various countries and its impact operationally

executing and audit HR transactions relating to leaves within employee lifecycle

working on compliances related to leaves and abide by all the filings, payments as needed by the local legislation

conducting periodic audits and reconciliations of processes, build/ follow proper controls to mitigate risk

identifying and driving process improvement and standardization opportunities to provide an exceptional employee experience, identify areas for automation and reduction of risk

developing and maintaining process documentation

Elvárások / Requirements

4 - 6 years experience in HR operations

university degree

fluent English knowledge in oral and written format

problem solving skills

knowledge of the system of Workday (preferred)

knowledge of Microsoft Office

experience in vendor management

experience in financial services and/or investment banking industry (preferred)
