We are looking for an experienced HR Group Manager with innovative attitude for our multinational partner, who is a well-known manufacturer of car audio, automotive navigation systems, AutoPCs, visual equipment, bus equipment, and communication equipment.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

The four main key words of the position are:

As an HR manager you will be responsible for the following areas:

Implement the international Group HR policies within the site

Improve organization efficiency on site and manage the changes

Supervising the local HR team (3 subordinates)

Investigating necessary personal regulations, systems and training programs of the company and its changes

Manage employee administration and deploy group policies locally

Manage and plan the HR budget

Recruit and onboard employees, optimize workforce within the site

Develop employees from the site (learning and development, career management)

manage the deployment ot the central performance management system

Manage the HR related documentation according to the international standard

Reporting relevant HR information to the Department Manager and the European HR Director

Partner with managersand supoort/coach them in HR related questions

Being part of the upcoming Employee Engagement Survey process and follow-up actions

Elvárások / Requirements

University / College degree

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in complex HR positions

Experience in people management is a must

Experince in the electronic or automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus

Proficient English language knowledge

Innovative, can-do attitude, result-oriented personality, determined personality
