Our partner is a well-known technology group headquartered in Switzerland, operating two manufacturing site in Hungary. There is an opening for the HR manager role in their organization, the main location is Debrecen.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

Responsible for the HR Organisation in Hungary - two manufacturing sites.

Taking part also in strategy planning, manage all operative tasks.

Ensure the talent acquisition process (recruitment) including onboarding is carried out according to corporate processes.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to Hungarian labour law, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Consult with Line management and employees, provide HR guidance, resolve complex employee relations issues.

Facilitate Performance management process including reporting and data management; Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

Ensure pension & benefits schemes are administrated, communicated and aligned with global policies & procedures.

Ensure annual Compensation review (including the variable payment) is properly defined and reviewed within the given timeframe.

Ensure all employee data are in an accurate, confidential and secure state.

Manage the work of one employee (payroll associate).

Roll out new HR projects in Hungary initiated in the HQ.

Elvárások / Requirements

University/college degree

Several years of experience in multiple areas of HR management including HR partnering on an operational level.

Experience in working at a multinational environment.

Experience with manufacturing environment, blue collar workers is an advantage.

Very good knowledge of Hungarian labour law.

Stable, active English language skills; native Hungarian

Dynamic and flexible personality with self driven, responsible and team oriented style of working, strong management orientation.
