Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Sales and market share responsibility across Alcon’s cataract equipment portfolio
  • Sales and market share responsibility across product portfolio, i.e. Cataract equipment consumables; Vitrectomy consumables
  • Deployment of Value-Added Services in support of the total portfolio. Drive equipment penetration and upgrades in target customers: Increase Alcon installed base through dedicated focus on gaining competitive accounts and upgrade Alcon accounts to latest Alcon technology; Convey Alcon's value (beyond equipment) through thorough demos; Proactively collaborate with peers in identifying potential targets and new customers; Sell equipment and consumables in competitive accounts and maximize usage in Alcon high-volume accounts; Conduct and support all negotiations with surgeons, hospital buyers etc.; Increase product portfolio penetration in under-indexed markets supported by Market Access Cross-functional support to
  • Advise and support other Alcon Sales Representatives in their work
  • Report on competitor activities
  • Initiate follow-up to product related complaints
  • Consistently act in accordance with SOPs and medical device regulatory environment.




Elvárások / Requirements

  • BSc/ MSc or equivalent level in engineering or life sciences
  • Hungarian native, English advanced
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Professional communicational style with good interpersonal skills
  • High level of responsibility
  • Punctuality, focus on quality and details
  • Ability to deliver on project, follow up and roll tasks
