Our Client specializes in the development, production and assembly of sheet metal parts. The company has extensive technical knowledge, years of experience and a great commitment to the development of products. They would like to enter the German market and are now looking for a new Key Account Manager to lead the expansion.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Bringing technical and commercial skills to the sales process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets
  • Leading the expansion of the company by planning the sales strategy, finding new potential customers, establishing a good relationship with them and procuring new customer orders
  • Writing reports and taking part in frequent internal communication with various departments (e.g. about customers, work preparation, calculation, purchasing, logistics, planning/production, price lists, current & new requests and follow ups)
  • Closely cooperating with the sales team, e.g. advising on the strategy and tactics

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Academic degree
  • At least five years of experience as an account manager / sales manager in the industry
  • Experience in a customer-facing commercial role with responsibility for handling multiple customers
  • Advanced German, Hungarian and at least intermediate English skills / Advanced German and advanced English skills
  • Driving license (category B)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (experience with ERP systems is an advantage)
  • Eagerness to learn, enthusiasm about sales and loyalty towards the company
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work well independently, result-driven attitude, customer satisfaction as a priority
  • Openness to frequent business trips to Germany (60-70% of work days)
