We are looking for an experienced Retail manager for our client who is owning a well-known brand and operates 15 stores across Hungary.

The Retail manager will be in charge of ensuring the implementation of the sales strategy, coordinating and supervising the application of the policy, through an efficient management of the team. The main goal is to ensure the stores will meet and exceed expectations.

- Create fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success
- Set strandards and objectives for different stores and departments
- Optimize operations to ensure efficiency
- Lead the team of store managers
- Ensure compliance with company's poloicies and operational guidelines
- Assisting with product development, priving and new product launces
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish product branding
- Managing the marketing budget
- Analys customer insights, track competitors

- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
- Evaluate performance using key metricc
- Control and follow up of inventory's results

- Ensure the correct implementation and execution of commercial policies

- Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget

- Develope safe and positive environment
- Assist in recruiting and training
- Train staff on daily responsibilities, brand promotion and customer service activities
- Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans

Elvárások / Requirements

- Basic knowledge of economics, marketing, sales and management
- Proven experience working in as a retail manager, or commercial director in fast fashion, retail sector (5 years)
- Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success
- Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen with strategic and analitical thinking
- Excellent leadership skill and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- Advanced level of MS Office knowledge (Excel, pivot table knowledge is a must)
- Willingness to travel (20-30% within Europe)
