We are looking for a Sales Representative for our partner - from the oil and gas sector - who will support the execution of export sales (worldwide), especially private label trade activities along the targets determined by the business manager of the related area. Ensures the continuous business flow with the actual partners and seeks for potential partners around the globe. If you are fluent in English AND German, you have relevant professional experience and you have proven result in sales activities, do not hesitate to apply for this role!

Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Obtaining and maintaining long term customers by comprehending their requirements.
  • Supporting subsidiaries in the negotiations and in offer preparation for private label lubricants
  • Providing administrative support for private label businesses in order tracking and process management, new product implementation and follow-up, coordination of packaging material related tasks
  • Performing planning and reporting tasks with a frequency as determined by the business manager. Participate in the development of private label customer portfolio
  • Market monitoring and Sales related tasks to contact new potential customers
  • Contract management. Preparing reports, statements and proposals in form and with frequency as determined by the business manager
  • Supporting the development of new commercial solutions in order to reach the commercial targets of the relevant business area
  • Responsible for tracking the cooperation with business partners: monitoring the physical and financial fulfillment of contracts, tracking the turnover and outstandings, handling claims and issues
  • Continuous cooperation with other organizational units within MOL-LUB
  • Takes part in projects and in ad hoc tasks
  • Supports Customer satisfaction improvement

Elvárások / Requirements

  • BSc/MSc degree in Economics or other relevant education
  • Good in Customer care
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Min 1-3 years relevant sales experience with foreign customers
  • Team player
  • Ability to handle stress
  • Result and Customer-orientation, good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Assertivity, professional handling of confidential information
  • Fluent both in English AND German language knowledge
  • Openness to continuous improvement
