Pozíció leírása / Job description

The HRSS Employee Background Screening Specialist delivers the service to the CSC’s partners within Recruitment, assisting with the Onboarding team to ensure that all candidates to follow the global screening policy. This in the context of a multi-country EMEA HR internal standard operating model.

Elvárások / Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional experience
Shared Services preferable but not mandatory
Prior Experience with HRSS is an advantage
Excellent Personal Communication Skills
Good Command of English
Strong analytical and details skills;
Good Reading & Writing of German/French
Team Player, Enthusiasm & Pro-active
