Perform regular scrap reviews in production areas
Prepare weekly TOP5 reports and lead related cross-functional meetings
Provide structured feedback to production lines regarding internal defects and customer complaints
Prepare and maintain inspection instructions
Actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of FMEAs, Flow Charts, and Control Plans
Support the development and introduction of new products
Participate in external and internal audits
Monitor, analyze, and optimize production processes
Take part in process development and continuous improvement projects
Support layout planning and identify optimization opportunities
Contribute to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 related activities within the department
Engineering degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management (experience in the pump or electric motor industry is an advantage)
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Solid knowledge of ISO management systems
Proficient in MS Office applications
