As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Working within a dynamic Quality Assurance team, you will implement processes, manage compliance, and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

- Review food safety audits, manage corrective action reports, and ensure adherence to company and external regulations
- Conduct technical investigations, analyze product and supplier trends, and recommend process and quality improvements
- Collaborate with suppliers, internal cross-functional teams, and regulatory authorities on technical, sensory, and compliance matters
- Support direct leadership by monitoring legislative updates, assisting with team training, and providing seamless coverage for team members
- Bachelor’s degree in preferably Food Engineering or Quality Management or other related Engineering field
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or product investigation in a commercial/manufacturing setting
- Fluent professional English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in office productivity suites and basic data analytics tools
- Analytical mindset capable of investigating root causes
- Ability to prioritize issues based on operational and financial impact
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-level and external collaboration
