Pozíció leírása / Job description- Managing and prioritizing the agile team backlog in collaboration with the customer and other product owners for the new terminal software product
- Acting as a customer/project owner with the goal of having one product owner responsible for one customer/project
- Besides the project, you will also be responsible for add-on sales/change requests during the maintenance phase
- Bundles requirements in backlog by creating/maintaining the epics/stories. If required, manage business analysts/spec writer to create epics/stories and other specifications as required by the customer
- Align user stories with customers to ensure their expectations are met while fitting the product scope; if required develop alternative technical options
- Manage user story dependencies with interfacing internal/external teams such as the backend system, terminal support systems and infrastructure teams
- Reviewing/prioritizing the backlog to ensure that end-to-end features can be implemented “in time”
- Refining the backlog with the goal that they meet the criteria of “Definition of ready”
- Plan and manage deliveries (including pre-deliveries/demos) to the customer to collect early feedback and share with the team
- Support presales/sales teams on identified gaps/change request estimates
- Manage and conduct estimate reviews (new opportunities/new epics)
- You have BSC degree preferable in technical area
- You have min. 4-5 years of experience in software development including at least 2 years of experience as Product Owner
- You have ability to understand new business processes and lottery domain expertise
- You have the following strengths: excellent communication skills, personal initiative, high level of quality awareness, accuracy and team spirit
- You would like to use your excellent English and German on a daily basis
