Lead the end-to-end implementation of a P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) tool, including requirements gathering, configuration, rollout, training, and change management
Design and standardize procure-to-pay workflows (intake, approvals, purchase orders, invoice matching, payments)
Establish procurement policies, approval frameworks, and governance aligned with Finance and audit requirements
Build and manage a central contract repository and vendor governance processes
Own vendor negotiations across key categories such as SaaS, data providers, professional services, facilities, and travel
Partner with budget owners to define procurement needs and ensure cost-effective solutions
Identify opportunities to optimize spend, consolidate vendors, and reduce tool sprawl
Improve procurement visibility, compliance, and automation across the organization
Collaborate closely with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to improve PO compliance and invoice matching processes
Track procurement performance through reporting and KPIs (cost savings, process efficiency, contract risk)
Support vendor due diligence processes together with Legal and Security teams
Act as a key business partner, educating stakeholders on procurement best practices
3–10 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or sourcing
Experience working in a fast-moving environment (tech, scale-up, or international company preferred)
Proven experience implementing procurement or P2P systems
Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated commercial impact (cost optimization, improved contract terms)
Experience establishing procurement processes and governance structures
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Business-level English communication skills
Highly organized, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset
