The strategic and analytical Pricing Manager leads the development and execution of pricing strategies across our B2B industrial product portfolio. Reporting to the Product Marketing SR Manager, this role will work closely with Product Managers to define competitive product positioning and drive margin optimization and the commerce organization to ensure proper field support and implementation.
The role has an international scope, with an initial focus on Europe and a roadmap toward global expansion. Operational pricing tasks (e.g., price list updates) will be handled by a dedicated Pricing Specialist reporting into this position.

Collaborate with Product Managers to define pricing architecture, value-based pricing, and strategic product positioning.
Pricing Governance and Control: Develop and maintain pricing policies, approval processes, and discounting guidelines. Ensure pricing decisions are consistent, data-driven, and compliant with internal controls.
Collaborate with the Commerce team to Provide support on complex customer quotations and contract pricing negotiations, review and optimize long-term pricing agreement.
Analyze competitive pricing landscapes, competitive positioning, customer behavior, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
Develop pricing models and simulations to support decision-making on new products, portfolio updates, and market launches.
Support international go-to-market efforts, adapting pricing approaches by region and distribution model.
Monitor pricing performance KPIs such as contribution margin, price realization, and pricing variance across countries.
Tool and System Development: Support the development and enhancement of pricing tools, dashboards, and software systems. Work with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and automation in pricing workflows.
Guide and mentor the Pricing Specialist in managing operational tasks, including discounting frameworks and price list maintenance.
5+ years of experience in pricing, product marketing, or business strategy roles in B2B/industrial sectors.
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen; experience with pricing tools and data modeling.
Proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, sales, finance, operations).
Experience in international environments.
Strategic mindset with attention to detail and execution.
