Pozíció leírása / Job description· Provide technical 1st and 2nd level support for HR systems, resolving user inquiries and system-related issues.
· Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR information systems and software applications, escalating complex cases where necessary.
· Assist in the implementation of new HR processes and technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and user training.
· Maintain and continuously improve system documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
· Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams and external service providers to resolve incidents and implement system enhancements.
Monitor HR processes and systems performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement enhancements as needed.
Elvárások / Requirements· Professional knowledge in HR information and management systems and ticketing tools.
· Fluent German and intermediate English skills.
· Good understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
· Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for HR systems.
