Serve as the primary point of contact for external visitors and manage front desk duties.
Support the planning and execution of employee well-being initiatives and internal events.
Contribute to projects focused on maintaining and enhancing the workplace environment and facilities.
Monitor compliance with supplier contracts, ensuring that terms, services, and conditions are upheld.
Manage procurement processes, including placing orders, confirming with suppliers, and tracking deliveries to end users.
Oversee all maintenance and cleaning operations to ensure the proper functioning of facility equipment and infrastructure.
Ensure employee adherence to facility security protocols and procedures.
Act as the liaison for travel-related inquiries, providing support for booking systems such as Egencia and Concur.
Coordinate and support onsite meetings and town halls, including room setup, catering, schedules, and attendee logistics.
Handle general administrative duties and office support tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent Hungarian and English language knowledge, both verbal and written
- Ability to work on-site every day
- Excellent communication skills
- Warm, positive and welcoming personality as you will be the face of our office
- 1-3 years of Office Manager/Receptionist experience is highly advantageous
- BA degree preferred
