Pozíció leírása / Job description- Being first point of contact for B2B partners (e-mails, phone calls)
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure resolution.
- Provide exceptional support for clients with high understanding and communication skills
- Cooperating with other departments (e.g. sales)
- Escalate issues as needed per client procedures.
- Ensure data privacy compliance.
- Maintain positive communication with customers, team, and partners.
- Full professional proficiency in English and any of the following languages: French, German, Polish, Italian, Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in Customer Support or Technical Support or similar field is an advantage but we also welcome entry-level candidates!
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Highly customer focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent time and people management skills
- A High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement, College level preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in Hungary (European citizenship or residence permit)
