We are looking for a customer-focused Material Planner to join our client's Supply Chain team in Biatorbágy. In this role, you will take ownership of finished goods planning (both in-house and bought-in items) to ensure maximum supply capability and customer satisfaction across the European region while keeping inventory costs optimized.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Supply & Inventory Control: Determine material requirements, trigger orders, and continuously monitor confirmed dates and incoming goods, and inventory levels.
- Master Data & MRP: Define, review, and maintain master data parameters relevant to scheduling and MRP processes.
- Problem Solving & Bottlenecks: Proactively resolve delivery issues and supply bottlenecks at the interface between customers, sales, factories, and external suppliers.
- Returns & Invoices: Process inventory-related returns and manage invoices/delivery dates for purchased items.
- Process Optimization: Participate in the conceptual and operational management of scheduling processes to align with specific customer demands.
- Education: Completed commercial training, High School diploma, or a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Logistics.
- Experience: Initial experience in material planning or scheduling is an advantage, but motivated career starters/junior applicants (0–4 years experience) are welcome.
- Languages: Very good written and spoken English skills are required. German is a plus.
- IT Skills: Confident handling of MS Office; working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is a strong advantage.
