As the Regional SAP S/4 Order to Cash (OTC) IT Lead Consultant, you will identify and define a regional strategy that innovates, simplifies, delivers, and supports our partner's ERP ecosystem. Serving as a domain expert, you will co-create and deploy the Global Template (Build, Localization, Deployment) and harmonize OTC solutions with wider enterprise technologies across their lifecycles.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Strategic Planning & Architecture: Collaborate with IT and business leadership to align the regional ERP strategy with overarching business goals; optimize the OTC ecosystem to boost performance, reduce costs, and ensure architectural harmonization.
- Development & Operational Delivery: Oversee regional OTC operations, managing demand, priorities, scope, budget, and project deliverables alongside peer applications leads. Ensure landscape security, high availability, and strict SLA performance.
- Solution Simplification & Integration: Design innovative solutions to simplify application architecture; harmonize OTC processes with data management, BI, manufacturing, sales, engineering, and infrastructure functions using Agile, DevOps, or Waterfall approaches.
- Team & Leadership Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate direct and indirect regional/remote team members (onshore and offshore); drive knowledge transfer, cultivate continuous learning, and resolve internal or business-partner operational conflicts.
- Governance & Project Oversight: Act as a key member of the Enterprise Back Office leadership team, ensuring compliance with statutory, legal, and audit standards across countries. Direct project management efforts and promote the use of standardized methodologies and eLearning.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, CS, or related field with 8–10+ years of experience (or equivalent combined business/IT background of 12+ years).
- SAP & OTC Expertise: At least 8 years of solid experience in large-scale ERP operations/support in international environments, with hands-on SAP S/4 deployment and OTC process expertise.
- Manufacturing Focus: Minimum 5 years of ERP experience specifically within a manufacturing context.
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven track record in leading, inspiring, and managing cross-functional, virtual, and multicultural teams (onshore/offshore).
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Hands-on experience with offshoring/outsourcing models, vendor/contract negotiations, and strong relationship-building skills with regional business leaders.
- Communication & Mindset: Fluent in written and spoken English, excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, high emotional poise in demanding situations, and strong business process knowledge (OTC, Operations, Finance).
- Travelling: opennes for regular travelling in Europe (50%)
