Troubleshooting issues in the operational environments, including follow-up problem resolution, root cause analysis and change implementation
Support the implementation of GCP Landing Zones to establish secure and scalable cloud infrastructure.
Contribute to writing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, improving development and deployment processes.
Perform operational tasks for multiple services and technologies according to agreed SLA levels
Create knowledge articles that can help to troubleshoot platform related issues
Maintain and monitor the healthy sate of end-customer environments
Update support and operational documentation as required.
Integrate monitoring solutions with internal Incident management people, process and tools.
Gather requirements and provide continuous feedback loops between IT security and the Cloud CoE team
1-3 years of relevant experience as Cloud Solutions Expert working with GCP, especially with GCP networking solutions
- Hands-on knowledge of Terraform for deplyoing GCP resources
- Awareness of ITSM frameworks (Support, Delivery and Implementation)
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and GitHub
Experience in dealing with multiple support groups that contribute to a service
Experience with Firewalls and IT security
Basic understanding and experience with ITSM systems
Experience with networks (OSI layers, TCP/IP, Routes, VPN)
Experience with installing, and configuring Linux based environments (RHEL)
Experience with DevOps tools
