Support Tasks: Handle returns, process credits, and resolve simple invoice or order queries.
Learning & Systems: Master our internal tools and stay up to date with our evolving processes.
The Right Background: We’d love it if you have 1-2 years of experience in an office or customer service role, but fresh graduates are also more than welcome! 🎓
You’ll need to be confident in both English AND German (both written and spoken) to support their international partners.
You enjoy helping people and have a natural talent for clear, professional communication. 🤝
Reliable Attitude: You are proactive, take ownership of your tasks, and have a conscientious approach to your work. ✅
Office Basics: You’re comfortable with MS Office; if you’ve already seen SAP, that’s a great bonus—if not, there’s an opportunity to learn it on the job! 💻
