• Purchase Order (PO) Management: Create, issue, and track purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring 100% data accuracy and process compliance.
• Supplier Communication: Act as the main point of contact for external vendors and internal stakeholders. Monitor open orders, follow up on delivery schedules, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
• Vendor & Lifecycle Management: Give support in overseeing the full product life cycle across global markets, tracking supplier performance and order confirmations.
• Invoice & Order Reconciliation: Collaborate with Finance and Logistics to resolve pricing discrepancies, invoice mismatches, and delivery issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate workflow across international teams, supporting administrative tasks and maintaining standardized operating procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 year experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Buying, or Customer Service / Administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
  
• Fluent English with excellent professional communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
