Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionWhat you’ll doSupport Performance Management operations by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key business metrics and KPIs
Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports and scripts to automate data collection and enhance reporting efficiency
Design and manage Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights and visual data representations for decision-makers
Participate in EU-funded projects, ensuring professional contribution to project monitoring, documentation, and reporting phases
Identify and implement process optimization initiatives to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy across departments
Analyze performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement
Cooperate closely with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders to ensure alignment on performance targets and project milestones
Act as a technical point of contact for Excel-based automation and data-related queries within the team
University degree in IT, Business Informatics, Economics, Logistics or a related field
Fresh graduate or a junior professional with 0-2 years of experience
Strong focus on Performance Management, including tracking KPIs and driving business efficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to write Excel scripts (VBA/Office Scripts) for automation
Power BI knowledge is required to create visualizations and manage data models
Proven interest in process optimization and improving data workflows
Experience or willingness to participate in EU-funded projects
Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
