The Costumer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring smooth supply chain operations by managing customer orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with suppliers and clients. This position is responsible for organizing deliveries, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring
the logistics process runs efficiently and on schedule.
The position is based in Ecser, offering convenient access for commuters travelling by car.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Maintain daily communication with international customers;
- Manage and monitor customer orders and tracking deliveries;
- Handle customer portals and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates;
- Coordinate outgoing shipments to ensure timely arrivals;
- Plan daily production schedules in coordination with internal departments;
- Manage export customer clearances and organize export shipments;
- Oversee customs clearance procedures and related documentation;
- Ensure compliance with all logistics and export regulations;
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve delivery issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or related fiels;
- Stress management skills and ability to perform under pressure;
- Excellent phone communication and customer-handling skills;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
