Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development in the Hungarian infrastructure market. The role focuses on building and executing sales strategies for corrugated steel pipes, culverts, assembled structures, and geosynthetics. You will be responsible for strengthening the company market presence, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies in the Hungarian infrastructure sector.
• Promote Rearma Group products: corrugated steel pipes, culverts, geosynthetics, and prefabricated structures.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, municipalities, and distributors.
• Manage key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and propose actions.
• Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Regular reporting to the management team.
• Proven experience in sales within the infrastructure or construction materials market.
• Strong knowledge of the Hungarian infrastructure and construction market.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with standard computer tools (MS Office, CRM systems).
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within Hungary.
