    We are currently looking for a  People and Culture Assistant to support our partner's HR operations on a fixed-term basis for 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable international experience, contribute to impactful work, and grow your expertise in HR operations.

    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions and other HR-related transactions.

    • Manage all activities and administration related to employee offboarding and exit processes.

    • Review cases and apply policies and procedures meticulously to ensure compliance and accurate administration in various systems.

    • Plan and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure SLA adherence.

    • Contribute to the updating of knowledge base articles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    • Support continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and standardize P&C processes.

    • Participate in testing process and system changes to ensure proper calculations and functionality.

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support and manage workload using daily monitoring systems.

    Elvárások / Requirements
    • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
    • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HR administration and processing payroll transactions (ideally in an SSC/global environment).
    • Highly proactive, motivated, accurate, and precise personality.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
