On a daily basis, you will:
Create and manage catalogues with relevant pricing schemas.
Engage in Partner Management to receive direction on Price Benchmarking.
Perform activities related to Catalogue & Pricing Data management.
Support the initiation of requests for data creation, update, or change.
Execute changes to catalogue and pricing data as approved by business review.
Execute mass maintenance requests.
Inform requesters and key stakeholders of request status.
Support business review processes as appropriate.
React to escalation notices to expedite data creation or changes as needed.
Perform "logic" review to catch and remediate errors in defined global data fields.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer-specific price lists.
Process individual task requirements.
Liaise with colleagues to ensure best practice and continual improvement in service delivery.
Assess situations, issues, and opportunities, escalating them when appropriate.
- You would like to work in an international environment as a member of a global team.
- You enjoy dealing with data and back-office tasks.
- You are fluent in French and English (a mandatory requirement).
- You have sound knowledge of MS-Office applications.
- You have distinctive organizational strength and the ability to work with tight deadlines.
- You are precise and punctual.
- You possess effective communication skills.
- You have high self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in working in international and remotely managed teams is a big advantage.
