• 🤝 Build strong relationships through clear and confident communication
• 📊 Generate reports and contribute to service improvements

Elvárások / Requirements

 

• Fluent German (spoken and written) – this is the most important requirement
• Conversational English for internal communication
• No experience needed – fresh graduates are welcome!
• Comfortable working night shifts (if chosen) and multitasking
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
• Basic MS Excel and Outlook skills; Salesforce or Lightfoot is a plus
