    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Be the go-to person for all Employee and Manager HR requests as first point of contact
    • Perform the administration for operational HR work along the employee life cycle
    • Accompany and support respective employees throughout their employee lifecycle with a strong focus on maintaining files and data
    • Document process changes and actively communicate it to all affected interfaces
    • Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality and access to be in line with policies
    • Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over specials topics
    • Identify improvement potential within your area of responsibility and drive the implementation of respective improvement processes
    Elvárások / Requirements
    • Full professional proficiency in English and German are a must (written and spoken)
    • Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree
    • Professional experience (>1 years) in any of the following fields: customer service, administration, HR 
    • Administrative as well as organisational skills
    • Focus on quality management and strong customer orientation
    • Analytical mind focusing on problem solving and on result
    • Advanced computer skills, including office applications - experience with SAP or ServiceNow is a plus
