Pozíció leírása / Job description
- Posting payroll-related journal entries
- Assist, perform and/or review payroll reconciliations
- Supporting monthly closing processes and reconciliations (wages, benefits, deductions)
- Investigate external provider outputs against expectations and escalate discrepancies
- Provide variance analysis of payroll expenses
- Take part in the preparation of payroll text returns
Elvárások / Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related fields
- Fluent English
- 0-2 years (junior), 1-3 years (medior) or 4+ years (senior) of experience in accounting, payroll accounting or related field
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Blackline etc.)
- US GAAP experience is a plus
- Structured thinking, precise and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Motivated, can do attitude
- Good communication skills
