    Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about ensuring smooth operations? We are looking for a Customer Order Professional / Supply Chain Manager to join our team and oversee the end-to-end order process across the business. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting supply chain activities, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery in a dynamic, international environment.

    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Manage end-to-end order processing in internal systems, including customer and supplier orders, bid proposals, invoicing, and master data administration.

    • Generate and maintain sales forecasts, purchase plans, and KPI reports to support accurate demand and supply planning.

    • Create and monitor purchase orders in SAP, ensuring alignment with monthly plans and resolving delivery issues with factories and NSCs.

    • Provide detailed inventory analysis, reallocate stock to optimize efficiency, and track supply chain bottlenecks with corrective actions.

    • Coordinate and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to address technical, pricing, and availability queries.

    • Facilitate and report on forecast and planning meetings with NSCs, driving alignment on sales and operational targets.

    • Oversee price management processes, including approvals, customer/supplier setup, and credit limit controls.

    • Support logistics operations and urgent order handling to secure timely delivery, especially in critical breakdown situations.

    Elvárások / Requirements
    • Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge
    • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the field
    • Strong command of the English language
    • Understanding SCM & Logistics processes
    • Customer oriented thinking and acting, and a "customer-comes-first"
      attitude
    • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office software package (excellent Excel)
