Our partner is searching for a French speaking Sales & Project Support specialist to join their dynamic team. Pozíció leírása / Job description- Coordinate and Contribute: Support a range of activities from purchase orders to accounts payable - billing phase
- Product Setup: Configure and maintain accurate product data in company systems.
- Ensure smooth communication with installation teams.
- Project Planning: Create and monitor project plans, manage stock reassignment, facilitate communication, and resolve issues
- Delivery Coordination: Ensure alignment between planned delivery dates and customer expectations, coordinating with customers
- Shipping Process: Launch loading plans, manage transfer between locations and coordinate internal functions to resolve any delivery issues
- Return process: Handle returns, rework, and ensure proper processing of returned items
Elvárások / Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of SAP is a plus)
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
- Open personality with a strong desire to learn
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
