    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Lead the charge in automating our controllership processes using AI-powered tools.
    • Design and build automation solutions using Power Query, Power Automate, Alteryx, and SharePoint.
    • Develop globally standardized methods for various initiatives using AI tools.
    • Support automation initiatives around Microsoft SharePoint and recurring compliance.
    • Implement impactful recommendations related to financial reporting data.
    • Support cross-functional projects involving restructuring and M&A activities.
    • Prepare SOX controls and handle compliance matters.
    • Champion a continuous improvement mindset around governance of automation tools.
    Elvárások / Requirements

    We're looking for you, if:

    • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
    • You bring 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting data analysis, with experience in automation and AI tools.
    • You’re proficient in tools like Alteryx, Microsoft Power tools, Copilot, SharePoint, or ChatGPT.
    • You have experience with financial consolidation systems or rule-based databases (Oracle FCCS is a bonus.)
    • You’re a proven results-oriented individual who thrives under pressure.
    • You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.
    • You're adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment.
