    Our Partner is one of the key players of the financial sector. 

    The Privileged Access Management Project Manager will be a key part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) division. This role is responsible for supporting and leading program and project efforts to improve, standardize, and streamline processes and governance practices within the Information Security IAM domain.

    Pozíció leírása / Job description

    • Manage projects throughout their complete lifecycle.

    • Conduct business analysis and provide management support for program initiatives.

    • Interact with global IT partners and information security personnel.

    • Gather and analyze data from various sources to develop reports and key risk indicators.

    • Communicate project plans, status updates, and any issues or risks to stakeholders and management.

    • Maintain program-related training and awareness materials.

    • Facilitate meetings and drive initiatives to a successful conclusion.

    • Consult with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

    Elvárások / Requirements

    • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in project management and business analysis using a structured methodology. Proven ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.

    • Knowledge of data engineering principles and predictive analytics.

    • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio). In-depth knowledge of technology, security, risk, and compliance best practices, preferably in the Identity and Access Management discipline.

    • Experience with CyberArk or other privileged access management solutions. Prior experience with automation and orchestration projects is a plus. Knowledge of authentication and authorization techniques, processes, and protocols.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.

    Competencies:

    • Strong communication and facilitation skills across all levels of leadership.

    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Experience managing both process improvement and software development projects.

    • Experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and interfacing with application developers.
