    They are looking for a Business Development Manager for the Hungarian market who, beside existing network in the private sector, can bring a strategic sales approach.

    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Drive growth for the respective therapeutic area by identifying new strategic opportunities and establishing client relationships.

    • Develop and implement relevant business models to expand market penetration.

    • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers to integrate product portfolio and enhance patient access to care.

    • Generate market insights to build and execute strategic plans for rapid private sector growth.

    • Lead business development projects, including negotiations and life cycle management of agreements.

    • Develop and adapt account-based action plans to meet evolving business needs.

    • Analyze and identify growth opportunities to maximize business potential.

    • Contribute to the Business Unit's strategic planning and overall business objectives.

    • Proactively engage in cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared goals.

    • Challenge existing practices to improve services and enhance the patient journey.

    Elvárások / Requirements
    • Master's degree in a relevant field (Medical/Pharmacist and/or Marketing, Business Management).

    • Proven track record in business understanding, sales, and account management.

    • Experience in building new therapy areas and driving innovative solutions.

    • Relevant work experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing/sales, with insights into the private healthcare market.

    • Outstanding Key Account Management and business planning skills, with strong commercial acumen.

    • Strong command of English
