Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows

• Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability

• Optimize and tune query performance

• Maintain data models and schemas

• Collaborate on data requirements with other teams

• Develop and support ETL processes

• Monitor data systems and storage

• Troubleshoot data issues

Elvárások / Requirements

• 3+ years of experience data engineering of batch-oriented data pipelines

• 2+ years of experience with Scala/Java development back ground  

• Strong SQL and database skills

• Experience with big data tools like Spark

• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms

• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g. Airflow)

• Basic experience with Python

• Experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS (and/or CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions)

• Comfortable working in a distributed Agile/Scrum team (AMS & BUD)

• Strong analytical and engineering mindset

• Fluent in written and spoken English
