We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our partner – a global leader in industrial metrology and optical systems, known for its cutting-edge measurement solutions and premium-quality service portfolio.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Support sales of high-precision systems, services, and accessories (e.g., training, project support, measurement services)

• Assist in after-sales offers and warranty processes

• Maintain and update CRM customer records daily

• Prepare reports, statistics, quotations, and price calculations

• Provide back-office support for the sales team

• Conduct follow-up and customer satisfaction surveys via phone

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and inquiries

• Learn and work with internal technical documentation

• Contribute to developing market presence

Elvárások / Requirements

• Completed secondary or higher education

• 1–2 years of experience in assistant/back-office roles

• Solid communication skills in English (B2+), German is an asset

• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organized
