Our business partner is looking for a Senior Team Leader colleague for their Technical Support Analyst team.
If you have at least 2-3 years of leadership experience in a field related to Customer service or Technical Support and would be interested in taking part in building out a new site, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
- Guide and support a frontline team providing service to tech-savvy consumers across Europe
- Foster a positive, high-performance team culture where people feel empowered and connected
- Serve as the first line of support for escalations, customer concerns, and coaching needs
- Lead team huddles, performance reviews, and 1:1s to keep engagement and quality high
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded
- Monitor quality trends and drive process improvements based on real-time feedback
- Identify knowledge gaps and deliver structured, impactful training
- Build trust through clear communication, empathy, and hands-on leadership
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in customer service, tech support, telco, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong people management skills — coaching, conflict resolution, and motivation
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Confidence using ticketing platforms, Office tools, and (ideally) SaaS or sales-related systems
- A calm, structured mindset under pressure, with a strong focus on problem-solving and service delivery
