Overview:
This role supports compliance and data privacy-related activities within a global security and investigations function. The position focuses on administrative and coordination tasks around internal outsourcing and privacy programs such as CBDC, PIA, LIA, ROPA, DSAR, and related reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support execution of the global data privacy program.
Coordinate and monitor activities related to CBDC, PIA, LIA, and ROPA.
Handle administrative tasks for internal outsourcing and ICSA documentation (e.g., ADR, ADD, BOPs).
Prepare regular reports and conduct data analysis.
Assist with GDPR-related activities and ad-hoc tasks from global management.
Act as a liaison between internal functions and teams.
Provide project support when needed.
1–3 years of relevant experience; experience in large corporate environments is an advantage.
Familiarity with compliance, risk, and control topics (e.g., data privacy, internal outsourcing) is preferred.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills in English.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus.
