    Our partner is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team within the EMEA region. In this role, you will support HR operations related to Background Screening/Onboarding, ensuring compliance with global standards and delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will be an integral part of the HR team, contributing to both operational tasks and process improvements.

    Pozíció leírása / Job description

    Background Screening:

    • Conduct administrative tasks related to Background Screening to ensure compliance with global standards.

    • Manage candidate and employee interactions, providing guidance throughout the screening process.

    • Maintain accurate documentation and record management for background screening cases.

    • Adhere to the Global Background Screening Program guidelines and ensure confidentiality.

    • Attend regular meetings to align on operational metrics and updates.

    • Perform data entry, record updates, and follow-up tasks related to background checks.

    Talent Acquisition Operations:

    • Support onboarding activities, including document preparation and data entry.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems.

    • Assist with creating and updating employee records, contracts, and other relevant documentation.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and provide operational support.

    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and update desktop procedures as needed.

    • Act as a backup for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during absences and participate in relevant meetings.

    • Provide proactive support for organizational projects and maintain good relationships with team members.

    Elvárások / Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Previous experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or Background Screening is preferred, BUT fresh graduates are also welcomed! 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and accountability.

    • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
