    Pozíció leírása / Job description

    • Coordinate the onboarding process for newly insourced funds, including their configuration in internal systems

    • Assist with contract discussions and due diligence processes for third-party partners

    • Establish and maintain secure, compliant, and reliable operational workflows (e.g., SWIFT and BVI reporting)

    • Monitor and report transactions, prepare SWIFT messages and BVI files, and address any technical or functional discrepancies

    • Manage broker alignment to ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades

    • Facilitate broker onboarding for EAM and external asset managers, including the provision of necessary KYC documentation

    • Perform daily reconciliation of asset positions between internal systems and external custodians or asset managers

    • Process fund share transactions within internal platforms to ensure accurate transaction generation

    • Ensure all operational timelines and cutoffs are strictly adhered to

    • Background in the financial industry is considered beneficial

    • Strong client service mindset and solution-oriented approach

    • Effective verbal and written communication abilities

    • Confident and skilled in negotiation scenarios

    • Sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

    • Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension is a plus
