    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Manage all aspects of our group insurance programs, from day-to-day operations to strategic planning.
    • Collaborate with brokers, risk management, and various departments to optimize coverage and costs.
    • Negotiate with insurers to secure the best deals - you'll be a master negotiator!
    • Manage claims and ensure prompt resolution.
    • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
    • Stay on top of global insurance trends and regulations.
    • Prepare insightful reports for senior management.
    • Supervise a small team and guide them to success.
    Elvárások / Requirements

    We're looking for you, if:

    • You've got at least 5 years of experience in insurance management, ideally with global experience.
    • You're fluent in English (legal English is a big plus!).
    • You're a confident self-starter who can easily influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • You're a whiz at negotiation and communication.
    • You have a deep understanding of global insurance markets and regulations.
    • CII certification is a bonus, but not a must-have.
    • You're comfortable presenting to senior management and the Board.
    • You have a proactive approach to risk management.
    • You're a master of cost-effectiveness and continuous improvement.
