    Pozíció leírása / Job description

    The following CHALLENGES await You: 
    -Participates/chairs meetings with customer and team, creates meeting reports
    -Active cooperation with other participants in the operational groups
    -Adoption and implementation of new services
    -Support process development and documentation activities
    -Participating in the development of service products
    -Compilation and evaluation of monthly reports, invoices, SLA statements and other contracted reports
    -Participation in the coordination of changes related to our clients' individual service contracts
    -Monitors the delivery of contracted services and service levels
    -Identify service issues, suggest solutions and improve services
    -Representing the operation in projects with clients
    -Coordinates regarding service deliveries with the senior and account management
    -Maintains good working relations with customer technical staff and management
    -Reports progress both internal and to customer
    -Understands customer requirements, can deduct and formulate the underlying service requirements

    Elvárások / Requirements

    You have university or college degree on IT/engineering/business
    -You have in-depth knowledge of ITIL good practices and practical experience, ITIL certificate is welcome
    -You have minimum 3 years’ of experience in IT service delivery management
    -You have project management experience
    -You have ability to oversee and understand complex IT solutions
    -You would like to use your excellent English (verbal&written) on a daily basis
    - German language knowledge is a hugh plus
    -You have understanding of business processes and customer needs
    -You have ability to maintain good customer relationship
    -You have careful work style and accuracy, precision, durability
    -You have good problem-solving and collaborative approach
    -You have high quality and responsibility in own work
    -You are able to deliver peak performance even under time pressure
    -You have good communication and presentation skills
    -You have ability to work in a team
    -You have willingness to travel
