We are looking for an AP assistant for our multinational client, which is one of the global market leaders within the FMCG sector.
Pozíció leírása / Job description
As an AP assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Checking the correctness of invoices according to the Hungarian legislation (VAT Act);
- Annotating important details of invoices (date, amount, order number, etc.) for the accounting team;
- Scanning them into the appropriate SAP module;
- Providing the correct VAT accounting code (according to Hungarian legislation);
- Archiving invoices according to the required standard
This is an entry-level position, however, we are looking for you if you (are):
