Your main tasks would be:

• Cooperating closely with other teams and departments to solve problems
• Being first point of contact for French B2B partners via e-mails and phone
• Manage end-to-end processes
• Checking incoming information about client contracts,pricing, etc.
• Provide exceptional support for clients
• Deciding where to direct the client's request
• Coordinate the entire process

Elvárások / Requirements

• Strong English skills
• Fluency in French
• 1-3 years experience in this field
• Bachelor's degree
• Team player attitude
• Problem-solving skills
• Assertive, motivated personality
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Good communication skills
• Customer orientation
