We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator on behalf of our long-established, international partner company within 15 km of Nyíregyháza to own, support, and continuously drive the company's daily IT operations and system growth.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Plan, deploy, and maintain servers, network architecture (routers, firewalls, TCP/IP, WAN/VPN), and local hardware lifecycles.
- Oversee endpoint protection, cybersecurity systems, and enforce data protection and security policies.
- Adapt corporate IT services locally and ensure high system availability.
- Oversee local Helpdesk activities, client hardware, software setups, and first-level ERP (SAP) user support.
- Direct and develop the local IT team, handle local IT budget allocations, and manage vendor/departmental relationships.
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Fluent English
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and systems administration
- 1+ years in an IT team management role
- Analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-border communication capabilities
